Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
